● Students are encouraged to communicate their complaint via Chat Box or Complaint Box so that the support team can resolve the issue promptly.
● If the student is not satisfied with the response of the team then he/she can lodge a complaint on email@example.com . This complaint is forwarded to the relevant team within 24 hours.
● Students' issues are resolved within 72 working hours. Also, students are provided with the Whatsapp/Telegram numbers of the faculties so they can also reach out to them.
